The prosecution of criminal charges at the state level is generally handled by either county prosecutor’s offices or the N.J. Attorney General’s Office. Our attorneys are well-versed in the means and manner in which these agencies rely on the investigations conducted and the tactics employed by these agencies to prosecute criminal offenses. Armed with experience and knowledge, MRS has the ability to develop the most effective approach and present sound, persuasive legal positions to produce the best possible outcomes for our clients.

MRS also provides legal services related to matters handled in the local municipal courts of New Jersey involving both criminal charges and motor vehicle offenses. MSR also has significant national experience in the defense of regulatory subpoenas and investigations in the emerging area of Cannabis Law- in both an adult use and medical context.
